Perham resident spends more than a year saving for an event filled with generosity

PERHAM — On Saturday, Aug. 2, between the hours of 8-10 a.m., the first 101 visitors at Gathering Grounds Coffee Café will receive a free drink. There will also be an opportunity to pick up a golden ticket. The ticket will pay a pet adoption fee through the Humane Society of Otter Tail County.
