Pennsylvania sees uptick in housing inventory

There may be a break in the low inventory the Pennsylvania housing market has been experiencing in recent years.  The Pennsylvania Association of Realtors is reporting that the number of homes on the market in Pennsylvania reached a three-year high in July, reaching an amount not seen in the past several years.   There were 42,270 homes on the market last month, up 9.5% over the same time last year.
