The Unión Nacional de Técnicos y Profesionistas Petroleros (UNTyPP) rejected the reduction of more than 3,000 places of confidence in Mexican Petroleum (Pemex), as well as the wage containment measures provided for in the Strategic Plan 2025-2035.
There is a plan. That helps. That there is a plan evidences the recognition of a topic to attend. Even if the adjective is in the name, it is not clear how strategic it will be. It is certainly interesting the turn this administration has taken in recognizing that Pemex needs at least that, a plan.
