U.S. Rep. Mary Peltola, D-Alaska, held an over-the-phone town hall Tuesday where her constituents called in to voice concerns over a proposed Albertsons-Kroger merger, which would largely consolidate the majority of corporate-owned grocery stores in Alaska under a single company.
