NEWTON, N.J. (Sussex County) — A pedestrian was seriously injured Friday night after being struck by a vehicle on Water Street in Newton, police said. Police responded at about 8:10 p.m. April 10 to Water Street near East Clinton Street for a report of a pedestrian struck by a motor vehicle.
