CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Clarksville police are investigating a suspected hit-and-run involving a pedestrian. According to the Clarksville Police Department, officers responded to a 911 call around 8:30 p.m. Thursday regarding a male lying in the road near 209 Providence Boulevard.
