A pedestrian died early Friday morning when a tractor-trailer hit him on an Interstate 95 offramp. Mark Michaud, 49, of Fairfield was crossing the southbound exit 132 offramp in Fairfield about 3:37 a.m. when a tractor-trailer driven by 19-year-old Damon Sylvia of Milford hit him, according to Maine State Police Lt.
