The terror attack in the Indian part of Kashmir on Tuesday that killed dozens of civilians has driven tensions between the nuclear powers India and Pakistan to a boiling point. Since Thursday, India has been holding large-scale air force and naval exercises. On Friday, gunfire exchanges between Indian and Pakistani forces were reported in the Kashmir border area.
