Chandigarh: The Punjab Civil Service (PCS) officers association on Monday handed over cheques worth Rs 12 lakh to Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann as their contribution towards the relief fund. A delegation of the association led by its President Sakatar Singh Bal called on the Chief Minister and handed over cheques to him .
