The PCP demanded this Wednesday clarification on the controversies involving Luís Neves, from the works carried out on his property to the case of the joint seized by PJ. Paulo Raimundo considered that the Minister of Internal Administration must give a full explanation to the country
The holders of public office do not represent it only to themselves. They represent the State and therefore, when they are responsible for the lives that affect the trust of the citizens, the answer may not be limited to the legal defence of their acts.
Paulo Raimundo says that the request to open an inquiry to the Minister of Internal Administration made by the Arri has fallen short of the expectations. The secretary-general of the PCP adds that, by the way André Ventura's party talks about the subject, it would be to expect a more "muscled" action.
The Judicial Police (PJ) clarified, this Wednesday, that the investigation related to the link found in Construbarcelos, a company that did works on a property of the Minister of Internal Administration, was "remitted to the Public Prosecutor's Office for assessment and decision, as happens with all other criminal investigations".
