Pakistan to Host Australia in 3 One-Day Cricket Internationals in May and Early June
The tour will be Australia’s first bilateral ODI series in Pakistan since 2022 and comes as both sides prepare for next year’s World Cup.
The Pakistan Cricket Board announced on Thursday that Australia will tour Pakistan for a three-match ODI series, beginning May 30.
Pakistan previously secured a 3-0 victory over Australia during the T20 series held in January-February of this year, establishing momentum for the upcoming ODI tour.
Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium hosts the first ODI on May 30, while Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore stages the remaining two fixtures on June 2 and 4.
This tour marks Australia's first bilateral ODI series in Pakistan since March-April 2022, serving as essential preparation for next year's World Cup tournament.
Australia will defend its 50-over title at the World Cup in October 2027, which South Africa, Zimbabwe, and Namibia will co-host.
