Patricia Moore violates lifetime ban, has more horses seized in Parkland County: RCMP

Patricia Moore is under a lifetime ban from owning, caring for, or being in possession of horses, but RCMP said several were seized from her Parkland County property this week.

Accused of the offence of voluntarily abandoning a domestic animal, tamed or captive, a horse breeder from Bourg-Saint-Maurice was tried on 31 March by the correctional court of Albertville.
