The Pasadena Rental Housing Board this month approved the annual general adjustment for the next rent increase cycle at 2.25%. It applies to rent stabilized units under the Pasadena Charter for the period of Oct. 1, 2025 to Sept. 30, 2026. Landlords of rent stabilized units may raise rent up to 2.25% during this cycle.
