(WJET/WFXP)-- A portion of Route 98 in Franklin Township is closed until further notice after a pipe failure in the area, PennDOT announced Friday. All lanes of Route 98 from New Road to Old State Road in Franklin Township, Erie County, are closed with detours being posted until further notice, according to PennDOT.
