Parks and Rec: Evanston Dog Beach safe to reopen

The Evanston Parks and Recreation Department announced Friday the Dog Beach is safe to reopen. Winter rules are posted at the Dog Beach gate entrance, the department said, and additional winter-specific information is available online in the Dog Beach packet (page 6).
