Parishoners from Twyford and Wargrave come together to create memorial bench for much-loved priest

Parishioners from two churches have clubbed together to pay for a bench to remember their much-loved priest. Members of Father Vincent Flanagan’s family travelled from Ireland to unveil the bench on the sunny patio of St Thomas More RC Church, Twyford, on Sunday. Father Flanagan, who died last year aged 95, had served at St Thomas More and Our Lady of Peace church at Wargrave, for over 20 years. He was previously parish priest at Christ the King…
