Paramount fails in legal bid over Warner Bros Discovery takeover

A judge in Delaware has rejected Paramount Skydance’s bid to speed up a lawsuit which is aimed at forcing Warner Bros Discovery to explain why it has chosen Netflix’s proposed $82.7bn (€71.2bn) takeover bid. Paramount’s own $108.7bn hostile bid has been turned down.
