DETROIT LAKES — The Parade of the Northwest brought the 89th Northwest Water Carnival to a close on Sunday, July 20. The parade made its way from the Kent Freeman Arena, along West Lake Drive and up Washington Avenue, with floats tossing candy and spraying water along the way.
