“We have just landed in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where we will fulfill an important regional integration agenda in various sectors, for the benefit of our peoples,” the head of state published in the early morning on his social networks.
As an Associated State, Panama will be able to integrate itself into economic and trade cooperation processes, without the obligation to adopt the common external tariff of the bloc.
