Preliminary results were posted late Tuesday in a special election with far-reaching consequences for Palmer Lake. Both Shana Ball and Kevin Dreher were successfully recalled from their positions on the Palmer Lake Board of Trustees, preliminary results show. (PALMER LAKE, Colo.) — The preliminary results are in from the Town of Palmer Lake Recall Special Election held on Tuesday, Sept. 9, and it appears that two Board members will be recalled from their positions.
