Pakistani Terrorist Killed as Indian Army Foils Infiltration Bid in Jammu and Kashmir's Uri

  • Separately, the Indian Army and Jammu and Kashmir Police launched a joint operation in the Uri sector of Baramulla district on the intervening night of March 14-15 based on intelligence inputs.
  • Officials reported that "in the ensuing contact, a Pakistani terrorist was eliminated." Security forces are conducting ongoing search operations in the area to ensure no other infiltrators remain.
