Two people from Greater Manchester who failed to meet the welfare needs of their pet dog have been slapped with community orders, following a prosecution by the RSPCA. Darren Humphries and Wendy Dow, both of Morris Street, Oldham, each pleaded guilty to offences under the Animal Welfare Act at Tameside Magistrates Court on 21 November.
