Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A 37-year-old man was taken into custody by the Canada Border Services Agency after Chatham-Kent police responded to a disturbance in a business parking lot on Park Avenue East. Police said officers were called to the scene at about 5:45 p.m. on June 9 and located the man, who was wanted on an outstanding immigration warrant.
