Pa. man charged with possessing devices that make handguns fully automatic

Mantz, 30, of Sunbury, was arrested Wednesday on charges of possessing offensive weapons, possession of a firearm with an altered manufacturer’s number and weapons of mass destruction. He is accused of making the devices using a 3-D printer.
