SUNBURY — A Northumberland County man is accused of possessing devices known as switches that convert a semi-automatic handgun into a fully automatic one.Antonio J. Mantz, 30, of Sunbury, was arrested Wednesday on charges of possessing offensive weapons, possession of a firearm with an altered manufacturer’s number and weapons of mass destruction. He is accused of making the devices using a 3-D printer.
