Pa. court partially reverses conviction, vacates long sentence in child porn case

WILLIAMSPORT — A state Superior Court three-judge panel has reversed a Lycoming County man’s conviction on seven counts of distribution of child pornography and vacated his 20- to 40-year state prison sentence. A jury in 2023 found Christopher Fraunfelter of South Williamsport guilty on 40 counts of sexual abuse of children, 20 counts each of distribution and possession of child pornography.
