A PROVISIONAL driver, not displaying P-plates, was booked on Saturday evening on the Monaro Highway, Symonston, for driving at 157km/h in a 100km/h zone. The 19-year-old was issued an Immediate Suspension Notice, which suspends her right to drive in the ACT for 90 days.
