NEW PALTZ, N.Y. — P&G’s, the popular college town bar and restaurant that had its liquor license suspended in April, was ordered to pay a $25,000 fine and “had its liquor license unanimously restored by the state Liquor Authority last week,” the bar’s attorney Joseph O’Connor said Tuesday, July 23.
