Oyo, Rivers, Bauchi, others adopt Proof of Address system to improve services, security

The governments of Oyo, Rivers, Bauchi, Yobe, Cross River, Bayelsa and Sokoto states have formally adopted the Proof of Address, PoA, system for statewide documentation.
