- Across all 16 LGAs, Oyebanji secured victories with 384,940 accredited voters from 988,251 registered voters, and 382,109 total votes cast including 6,332 rejected ballots.
- According to Form EC8E, Oyebanji polled 319,224 votes, defeating Wole Oluyede of the Peoples Democratic Party who scored 40,543 votes and Oluwadare Bejide of the African Democratic Congress with 12,872 votes.
- Oyebanji's re-election reinforces the All Progressives Congress dominance in Ekiti State, distinguishing him from former governors Ayo Fayose and Kayode Fayemi, who served two non-consecutive terms.
