Owner of the community water system on Swisher Road sentenced - Americus Times-Recorder

Bowman Wiley, owner of the water system on Swisher Road, has been in court due to a history of violations. The system is connected to 30 houses. Wiley bought the easement for the water system on March 19, 2008. Residents have had several complaints of outages and low pressure after Wiley took over the system.
