The Prime Minister chaired an inter-ministerial committee dedicated to the ultra-marine territories on Oudinot Street on Thursday, 10 July, in the presence of his Minister of State and about ten other members of the government.
Manuel Valls, the overseas minister, announced on Thursday 10 July the adoption of three decrees aimed at strengthening the fight against expensive life in the ultramarine territories. These texts intervene while the Parliament finally passed the bill to "recast" Mayotte.
This inter-ministerial committee also announces measures against insecurity, including the government's intention to continue the legal action against drug trafficking.
