Two Small Earthquakes in New Madrid County
Two small earthquakes were recorded in New Madrid County Tuesday. The first, according to the University of Memphis Center for Earthquake Research, was just before 1:30 a.m. west of Howardville. The magnitude was 1.8. A 1.9 magnitude quake happened just after 10 p.m. north of Marston.
