3-Vehicle Crash Snarls Traffic on Houston Harte Frontage Road

SAN ANGELO, TX — A three-vehicle crash Wednesday afternoon shut down traffic on a Houston Harte frontage road. The crash occurred about 4:25 p.m. on 7th Street near its intersection with Volney Street. One of the vehicles appeared to rear end another vehicle, which was then pushed into a third vehicle. Large cylinder left wrapped around Houston Ave bridge in oversize load miscalculation

A large cylinder was left wrapped around a low bridge in Houston in an oversize load miscalculation on Tuesday night.  The accident happened in the eastbound lanes of Interstate 10 at Houston Avenue in Houston, Texas on Tuesday night, May 6th at about 9:17 p.m.  According to KHOU11, the semi truck hauling the large cylinder attempted to pass beneath the bridge, but the top of the load got stuck.
