Over Mayor's Objections, Palm Coast Signals It'll Extend Agreement with Cultural Council to Manage $100,000 in Grants

Overcoming numerous unsubstantiated accusations about the Flagler County Cultural Council by Mayor Mike Norris, the Palm Coast City Council on Tuesday agreed to let the volunteer organization continue administering the city’s $100,000 cultural grants program for another year.
