CUERNAVACA.— The Government of Morelos activated the Comprehensive University Security Plan by installing a thousand 38 video surveillance cameras distributed in 23 educational establishments belonging to six public universities. The strategy, announced by Gov. Margarita González Saravia, derives from the commitments made after the feminicides of two university students.
