'Condacum Vivit' is taking place for the 4th time this weekend on a site on the Groeningenlei in Kontich. It is a medieval encampment featuring around 200 re-enactors—people who experience the Middle Ages dressed in period clothing. There are also various demonstrations. There will be no armor fighting due to the heat and a lack of participants, but there is still plenty to see and do for the more than 4,000 visitors.
