Shannon MacDonald took over as chair of UPEI’s board of governors just after the release of an independent report that pointed to widespread bullying and harassment at the university. She tells CBC’s Steve Bruce about the steps taken to address those issues, and what’s left to be done now that she’s leaving her role.
