ŌURA Announces Launch of Initial Public Offering
On Monday, September 21, 2026, health intelligence platform Oura announced its initial public offering of 50 million shares, planning to list on the Nasdaq under ticker symbol "OURA."
Founded in Finland in 2013, the company reached about $11 billion valuation last October following a late-stage funding round led by Fidelity Management that raised over $900 million.
Revenue surged roughly 74% year-over-year to $1.21 billion for the nine months ended June 30, while Oura expects approximately 5.7 million Paid Members by fiscal 2026 end, representing 96 percent year-over-year growth.
Oura seeks to raise as much as $2.2 billion at an indicated price range of $40 to $44 per share, with Eli Lilly and investment firm Dragoneer indicating interest in purchasing up to $100 million and $300 million, respectively.
Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and J.P. Morgan lead underwriters for the offering, which is expected next week and may test whether investors classify wearables as healthcare devices or consumer electronics.
