Faith, devotion and emotion marked yesterday the central Mass in honor of the Virgin of Urkupiña, a celebration that brought together departmental and municipal authorities, police and religious representatives. Thousands of parishioners from different departments of Bolivia and visitors from Argentina, Chile and Peru, who came to Quillacollo to pay tribute to the mother of Urkupiña.
