OTTER TAIL COUNTY — A Dunn Township home is likely a total loss following an early morning fire Thursday, according to an Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office press release. At approximately 4:12 a.m. July 31, Otter Tail County dispatch was notified of the fire.
