Ottawa officer disciplined for hard training takedown, saying he 'likes it rough'

An Ottawa police officer who took down a female officer during use-of-force training too harshly, explained that he "likes it rough," and later made sexual references to hog-tying people has been ordered to forfeit about 18 days of pay. It was his second reprimand for verbal misconduct in just over a year.
