Ottawa man dead, four taken to hospital after Highway 17 collision near Renfrew

An Ottawa man is dead following a two-vehicle collision on Highway 17 near Renfrew on Wednesday morning.

Hwy. 17 still closed between Bruce St. and Storyland Rd. due to fatal collision investigation

According to Renfrew OPP, a two-car collision on Hwy. 17 by Bruce St. has closed the stretch of the highway between Storyland Rd. and Bruce St. (Castleford Rd.). OPP received the call at around 10 a.m., fire and ambulance crews also quickly responded.
