A 24-yeaar-old Kissimmee man was arrested Thursday after allegedly throwing a soda can at a moving vehicle during a road rage incident, according to the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office. Raul Edwardo Braddock-Toala was taken into custody Thursday and is facing a second-degree felony charge of throwing a missile into a vehicle and a third-degree felony charge of criminal mischief.
