Saxapahaw Businesses Start over After Devastating Flood

ORANGE COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA, JUL 13 – More than 100 homes were damaged and damages exceed $31 million as communities provide water, meals, and cleanup after Tropical Depression Chantal's flooding, officials said.
