The SPD Group leader in Düsseldorf's Landtag, Jochen Ott, has accused NRW's Prime Minister Hendrik Wüst (CDU) of breaking promises of black and green for the deconstruction of families. "Wüst promised the families a free third day care year and the entry into a free lunch for children.
