[Opinion] OPINION. It's not just Rio Grande do Sul that needs reconstruction

We are facing one of the greatest natural disasters in the history of Rio Grande do Sul, caused by apocalyptic storms and the collapse of dams, leaving thousands of houses, families, and businesses destroyed. Some say that the optimist is a pessimist poorly informed, but a recent study from Harvard's School of Public Health indicates that optimistic people have a 5.4% longer life expectancy than the pessimistic group.
