BOGOTÁ (AP) — Colombian President Abelardo de la Espriella accompanied on Thursday in Cali, the main city in the southwestern part of the country, an operation against organized crime as part of his hard-handed security policy.

Colombia conducts an anti-drug operation in Cali with more than 1,200 uniforms
He also mentioned that during the operation they have captured and seized illegal goods, drugs and weapons.
The president reported that illegal merchandise, drugs and weapons were captured and confiscated during the operation.
President Abelardo de la Espriella reported that an operation with the Attorney General's Office, the Police and the Army intervenes buildings and lands in the center of Cali, with captures and seizures of drugs, weapons and illegal goods.
