Five people were detained in the morning in Denizli, including Deputy Mayor Emrah Karan, during the corruption operation against Merkezefendi Municipality. In the investigation conducted by Denizli Police Directorate teams, allegations of tender irregularities and shell companies were put under the spotlight.
