Veteran health fundraiser ends with plunge in Frankfort

Since the fall, three branches of the Oneida County American Legion family have been competing to see who could raise the most money for the Military Rehabilitation Program at Sitrin Health Care.The fundraiser winner would get to stay dry, while the leaders of the other two organizations would have to take a plunge into the frigid lake at Camp Sitrin.
