One Man Dead, Another Detained in Shooting Outside South Gate Bar

A man was shot and killed Friday outside a bar in South Gate and a person of interest was detained. The shooting was reported about 3 a.m. in the 5800 block of Imperial Highway, according to the South Gate Police Department.
